For this project, I worked as part of the media production and livestream team for a large-scale conference broadcast to audiences across the country. My responsibilities included creating promotional videos, producing the opening intro video displayed on the main conference screen, and designing supporting graphic content for the event.
In addition to pre-produced media, I contributed to the live production team by assisting with stage lighting, operating cameras during speaker presentations, and helping manage the livestream broadcast viewed by thousands of attendees nationwide. The project required strong collaboration, fast-paced problem solving, and the ability to work effectively in both live event production and post-production environments.
My workflow began with creating promotional and introductory video content that aligned with the conference branding and overall event atmosphere. I edited video assets, motion graphics, and visual elements to create engaging media for both in-person and livestream audiences.
During the live event, I worked closely with the production crew to help deliver a smooth broadcast experience. This included operating cameras for speaker coverage, assisting with stage lighting adjustments, and supporting the livestream production throughout the conference. The goal was to create a professional and visually engaging experience for both the live audience and viewers watching remotely.
For this project, I used Adobe Creative Cloud for video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design production. I also worked with professional livestreaming, camera, and stage production equipment to support the live conference broadcast and event presentation.
